Diphu Railway Station (DPU) is a key stop on the Lumding–Dibrugarh railway line with direct express trains from Guwahati, Jorhat, and Lumding. Taxis, shared autos, and e-rickshaws connect directly to 5th Mile (~15 mins).

The closest airport is Dimapur Airport (DMU) in Nagaland, situated just 45 km (~1.5 hours drive) from Diphu. Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati (GAU) is ~240 km away with frequent highway bus and rail connectivity.
